Return and Exchange Policy

Thanks for shopping at byourself .If there is an issue your purchase, we're here to help.

•  Strictly no refund and exchange due to hygiene issues UNLESS there is a defect in product or wrong item was sent. Kindly contact us via email [email protected] or insta dm @byourself_my

• Product color might differ slightly due to the lightings set in the studio and should not be considered as a manufacturing defect.

• For printed designs, placement of prints may differ from individual pieces. 

• In case of defects or wrong product sent ,all refunds are only via IN-STORE CREDIT REFUND to be used for next purchases. ( items need to be sent back to us with tags , remaining unwashed in good condition).

• We reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges deemed inappropriate.

• Cancellations are not allowed once payment is made.

• In case of backorder items , it will take 7-14 working days, but no refunds or item exchanges can be made if the waiting time is longer than the stated period (As we cannot fully control or guarantee the expected delivery date to be followed by our supplier factories that has led to unforeseeable delays.)
